Watermelon Sherbet
4 cups seedless watermelon
1/4 cup sugar
2 TBL Splenda
1/4 cup powdered milk
2 cups skim milk
2 tsp vanilla

Process watermelon till smooth, strain & discard pulp. Combine watermelon juice with everything else. Freeze according to freezer directions.
