1 can (7 1/2 oz) refrigerated buttermilk
biscuits
3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 375
seperate dough into 10 biscuits;flatten each to 2 1/2 inch rounds. With 1 in round biscuit cutter, cut hole in center of each round. Dip all sides of biscuits and centers into butter, then into sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.

Each doughnut plus center:110 calories, 4 fat, 0 fiber

I think I will try low fat margarine, and add some cinnamon to my sugar. I can't wait to try it.
