    Thumbs up Mexican Unstuffed Peppers

    I found this recipe on Man, is it good! I served it with garlic toast. Followed with chocolate pudding (fat free) over pears and sprinkled with toasted slivered almonds. A real nice supper. And it used up leftovers in my fridge too! I had 3 green peppers I didn't know what to do with, and some cooked rice. And I had garlic sprouting. This uses 6 cloves of garlic. Yumm... DH says it's a keeper, as is the idea of pears covered with chocolate pudding and toasted almonds. So here's the's's the link:

    Thanks for sharing! I'm so trying out a vegetarian take on this with some diced mushrooms instead of the ground beef (I don't do veggie crumbles, ewww)!
