Apple-Cinnamon Lentil Muffins

1 cup flour (can use half white, half wheat)
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 cups lentil puree
2 cups chopped apples
Mix all ingredients and spoon batter in 12 greased muffin cups. (Do not use muffin papers, they will stick!) Bake at 400* about 15 -17 minutes.
