    Question Drinkable Yogurt

Do you like the drinkable yogurt (also known as smoothies) that you buy in the grocery store, same section as the regular yogurt?

I have tried several of them and do like them but I think they are not cheap. However one of the for lunch even at $1.++ is still cheaper than going out for lunch. I have found them on sale several times and have stocked up as much as the expiration dates will allow. Lots of days I just pack what's leftover from the night before but some days I am just not in the mood. I've found these drinkable yogurts to be tasty and quick and a decent lunch for me. My fav is the Dannon Light n Fit Smoothie, Mixed Berry flavor (having it for lunch right now). Unfortunately Ryan, who loves yogurt, hates these. She just thinks yogurt is not a thing to drink. I suppose you could buy the regular yogurt and thin it down with fruit juice for a similar effect but then if I did all that, I might as well pack a sandwich and be done with it.

Just another step in my eating healthy plan.

I love the Light N Fit ones, too, although I prefer the Strawberry Banana. I have found them at Sam's Club in an 8-pack for $4.64, so that's a great deal when I can get them there. I like to drink them on the way to work for breakfast.

I tried the Dannon fruit fusion and I thought it was way to sweet for me. I haven't tried any others.

I tried them but I am in Ryan's camp on this one. I just could not get past the drinkable yogurt idea. I like it with a spoon better. They seemed a lot sweeter than the regular yogurts too.
