1 pack of frozen TVP (I used Boca brand in the frozen food section)

1 onion chopped

3 heaping tablespoons chili powder

3/4 tablespoon cumin powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules

3 cup water

1 can (15-ounce) stewed tomatoes

3 cans(15-ounce) Chili beans

1 (16-ounce) bag of frozen corn

1 package dry ranch dip mix (that is what my husband brought home so I use it)

1 (4.5-ounce) can of chopped green chilis


Place TVP, Onion, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder water and bouillon in a large soup pot .

Bring to a boil then add all the rest.

Bring back to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for 30 min.

Serve with 1 T. sour cream if desired but add an extra 1/2 point . T

his makes a thick soup and is very good.

Freezes well. I served my with WOW corn chips.
