Low Fat Breakfast Patties

2 lb. ground turkey
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. sage
1 t. pepper
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. cayenne pepper

Crumble turkey in large bowl. Add spices. Shape into 16 patties. In a large skillet cook patties over med. heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until done.

2 patties = 85 calories 5 g fat 1 g sat. fat 10 g protein Diabetic exchange 2 very lean meat 1/2 fat
