Creamy Fudge Frosting

5 tablespoons Cream Cheese
1 tablespoon skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon skim milk
3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

In a large mixing bowl, cream together Cream Cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and vanilla. Add cocoa and blend well.

Add 1 teaspoon of milk and 1/2 cup sugar, beating constantly. Add remaining sugar, 1/2 cup at a time. Spread on completely cooled cake.
