Royal Icing (for gingerbread cookies/houses)

It's a good recipe for the holidays to use on your
favorite gingerbread creation.

4c icing sugar
1/2t cream of tartar
3 egg whites
Serves:Directions:
Add ingredients and stir for 7-10 minutes or until the
frosting can hold its shape. If it's not firm by that time,
put it in snack bags and freeze until firm. Then,
remove and let warm to just the right consistency.
