    Default new vacuum cleaner

I've known my vac was on it's last legs since Christmas, but couldn't get a new one until now. Well, I found the Bissell I wanted for a good price. It has the cup that you empty.
So my teen-age ds put it together, and I start vacuuming. I did the living room and OH MY, the cup was full of icky stuff. Makes me feel bad that stuff was in my carpet. So after lots of emptying, the carpets look 3 shades lighter and I feel better.

Wow! Which one did you get? I got a new one last year and I am not fond of it. I need new hepa filters for it and it probably needs a VERY GOOD cleaning.

I like the ones with the cup you empty it saves changing bags and that's good.

I bought the Bissell Lift-Off bagless/hepa a few weeks ago. I like it, but it's a heavy vacuum.

I like how the cannister is portable. It makes stairs easier.

    Enjoy your new vac.

ok, ok, I know I have hit the bottom when a new vac can get me this excited. I know now I am an aging crazy housewife. It is a bissell that has the brush that comes out that you can dust with and then put it in the hole for the hose, and it sucks all the dirt out. It has an upper regular filter and then a lower hepa filter. It doesn't lift off. I would have liked that one, but it was a little more than I could afford. But I tell ya, I have really got a lot of dirt, and hair out of my house lol!!!
