    You're doing great.

I decided to tackle my sewing room today. Man did it need it. It's going to take me most of the day to get it finished exactly the way I like it.

Okay, stockpile is organized, and I even designed an Excel spreadsheet to track usage and expiration dates.

I then sat down and figured out what needed to be eaten NOW. The expired or close to expired dry goods are sitting out on my counter, so I will use them over the next couple of days. Happily, because it is all dry goods (except for one can of corn that "expired" on December 2008), I'm not too worried.

Tomorrow, I need to go through the fridge and dig through all the leftovers there to get a better feel for what needs to be cooked and/or frozen right away.

Sorry you are under the weather, Deb. At least you are knocking it out at the beginning of the year!

Thanks madhen. Wish I was feeling better as the amount of things you and homesteadmamma get done really motivate me to do something! But it will have to wait.

Moving this thread to a blog, since it is more of a personal challenge than a village challenge.
