    Yay!

We're getting off to a really late start, but let's just do what we can over the next week.

I'll post a new room challenge in February!

Ok, I'll join but I think it will take me more than a month!

I started going through & getting rid of old income tax & junk piled up downstairs. Oh, what a mess.

This has been my project for this month....and I have gotten alot done. I spent a week decluttering and deep cleaning. I even cleaned out my dresser drawers.I did throw out alot of old undies and such....why do I keep them when they hit the saggy stage? So I did have to go buy some new ones...should have done that first! I deserve to have a place of comfort and peace....and that is my master bedroom.

I'm in...I've been working on other stuff, so I can justify ignoring my room. Sometimes I wonder, why is this such an overwhelming task? I have way, way too much stuff!!! I know, anyone who's seen it knows it, but I seem to stall every time I'm going to clean it up.

I'm with Pinetree it may take more than a month.

I like the idea of decluttering rather than just cleaning, I need to purge a big bunch of stuff. So, I'll give a go...

I just started my bedroom last weekend and finished up this weekend. It feels great to open the closets and dresser drawers in there now, they are now neat and organized. I then moved on to the living room. I need to work on the kitchen and office next (soon to be the baby's room).

I started doing this with my gf over from out of town this weekend. We put on a good 'chick flick' and I just held up clothes to my body in the mirror and every so often would ask her opinion of what she thought I should do with it: keep or donate? A lot went to donation...I think I have 2 garbage bags worth so far and I'm nowhere near done purging clothes. I have a lot of items which I have not worn in the last year HOWEVER I am afraid to part with...sometimes you just have to do it on PMS or else you'll always have it laying around as clutter hahahaa!
