Well, I still have lots of books, plates, bowls, etc...too many probably. I'm soon to be on my own, most likely fall. I keep asking myself...How much stuff does one person need?

I'm thinking a lot less than a Mom with kids at home.

I'm aiming to fling some more tomorrow....all the little stuff laying around my house is scared and trying to hide behind other stuff. lol

Nope, can't blame them. I just realized I'll have to remove the big stuff in the front, then it should be easy pickin's on the little ones in the back.

Sometimes that's the dilemma for me. This is crazy I know, but I have an espresso machine, a 10 cup coffee maker and a 2 cup coffee maker. Seems like more than one person needs, but I can't seem to let go of one of them (the espresso maker stays). I use it and the 2 cup the most, but what if I need to make a real pot of coffee?

And, I have two mixers. A stand mixer as old as DD20 and a hand mixer, do I need both? What if the ancient one dies?

Am I the only one plagued with these questions?

Nope. But I can tell you I've got through 28 years of marriage with only a hand held mixer. And I like to bake. Just not chiffon or angel food cakes (though I have done them with my hand held mixer!). I don't think a stand mixer is really necessary in this day and age. They make pretty powerful hand held ones.

I too have a coffee maker in my house. neither DH or I make coffee. It's here strictly for company...which comes 3 or 4 times a year.

We also have a pasta maker we've never used.
