    Okay, back from PT. Here's where I am now:

    Tuesday:
    * Work on testing paper work for 2 students
    * Have principal sign conference form DONE
    * Fax conference form
    * PT at 3 PM DONE
    * Dehydrate rice
    * Go over insurance papers with PT DONE
    * 3 hole punch pd360 class paperwork
    * Watch video for class - having trouble getting on

    Need to get the rice into the dehydrator before I get too comfortable with my paperwork!!

    It's almost 5PM, still have hours to go!!

    Forgot to post my 6pm update, but it is now 8pm, and all I have left is setting up the bird bath (which I might wait until tomorrow to do, rather than stumbling around in the dark trying to bring up both parts of it tonight) and wipe off the kitchen counters. I did replace the dogs' bedding, so other than the birdbath, I just need to plant the roses and finish the stupid cap to be caught up for tonight. Neither will be done tonight, but I'm hoping by Friday to have a checkmark next to each item!!

    I really need to stand up and get some things done NOW!!

    Madhen - it will be wonderful when you finish the cap?!! What is the subject that you wanted in scrimshaw?

    MM, I'm not picky. Anything in scrimshaw works for me. Maybe a Victorian-style Santa?

    Yes, I am regretting ever starting this cap, and while the temps outside are in the mid- to high-nineties, I just can't even think about knitting!

    I'm sure a Victorian Santa in scrimshaw exists, but I have never seen one. DH and I sold scrimshaw for years, first in shops that we managed and then in our own shop. What a beautiful artform. I especially love work done on fossilized walrus and mastadon ivory - the age mellows the ivory so beautifully.

    Still need to get Girl her cookies and get my PT in, but I decided to wait on the post office, because I have to drive past it tomorrow anyway on my way to another appt.

    I read about it on this thread and wanted to try it. DH eats rice at every meal (it's a local thing) and sometimes we don't have any made - this would be an easy way to have some at the ready.

    Madhen - want to do PT at 7:30 my time, 10:30 yours?
