It's called Pig Goes Pop, although for some reason it's Pop the Pig in the US. Toysrus has it on their US site but nit Canadian, the store was sold out when I was there last week. Did not see any at Zellers or Walmart, the manufacturer's website says it's out of stock.

It looks like a piece of junk, but he saw the commercial and went nuts over it. He is now convinced Santa is bringing it for him. He even wrote and mailed a letter asking for it.

Amazon.com has it, but they want $43 for it!! If you don't think he'll notice the difference, the travel version is only $13.

eBay - more than 10 available, and ships worldwide, but with s/h, basically the same cost as Amazon.

OMG! $30 US for the game plus $23 shipping! It's supposed to be $19 CAD in store - if only it was in the store Same deal at Amazon, $43 plus $10 shipping.

I love the kid, but I don't think I can bring myself to pay $55 + customs + tax for something that really looks so stupid. I know he'll play it once and then never look at it again.

Stupid commercials, I never should have let him watch that channel. Three commercial free channels of children's programming to watch, and I let him turn on teletoon? I'm an idiot.

Well, the cool thing is that a month is an eternity for a kid. Likely he will totally forget about it if you distract him away from it and keep that commercial t.v. off!

ME - Did you try online Walmart? They will ship to a store near you for nothing ... might be cheaper that way.
