That's what I like about the challenges too rebecca. It is like we are doing them all together!

I really need this challenge. I have so much to do around here, that I'm having trouble choosing just one project, or finding a project that I can finish in a month. I think I will start on my bathroom redo (a project for next month when I have some funds), by removing an old linen cupboard. Then I will see if I can use some of the materials from that to build my cats a scratching post this month.

Not only do we all get support - there are also great ideas on this thread for future projects. I just figured I was set for several years with projects!! Don't know whether to laugh or cry!!

I like them too. And sometimes we can even get a kick in the butt, when it is dragging. Probably wouldn't have gotten done the few things that I have since joining, without this. (that basement is going to be the death of me!)

FF - you shall triumph over the basement - someday, not today, but someday!! And then we'll all celebrate with you!!

Remember, FF, you said the same thing about that corner in your house, but you conquered it!

Oh!! BUT MH.......that corner was IN THE BASEMENT!!! And since it is sectioned off/split in half........I have 7 more corners to go! (my project this month is 'in the basement'...no matter which one I do)

I feel like I have been banished to the basement!

Oh gosh DC......I WISH!! That made me laugh! My basement is not 'wheelchair friendly' and by the time I get it done not only would we all be blind, crippled and in wheel chairs but our hands would all be shaking so bad we couldn't get a drink to our mouths!! (not a pretty thought is it??)

We would just have to hire male dancers to feed us the drinks....that's all!

Dc - that is sooooo much better than my idea of using straws for our drinks!! Parties are always fun - another trip to plan for!!

Oh god DC---------you are killing me!!! And I keep getting all these 'visions' that just aren't the best - they even make me wrinkle my nose (bad for my face you know!)........

But even that wouldn't be a pretty sight when we all had drool running down our chins!! .......remember, hand to shaky to hold a drink, probably to shaky to get our chin wiped off!...but the brain is still functioning ---so we are 'in the know'.....

(can you tell I have been dealing with 'dad things'? he is in a home)

Sorry to hear that your Dad is in a home but I can bet that he still watches the nurses behinds!
And that is what we could do too!

Edit - and I don't mean the nurses! Unless one of the dancers were dressed that way!
