Debbie - you're welcome...... I only have 4 people to sent cards to (simplified by mailing). So I can certainly afford the stamp, if I make the card....

Printed out the cards.....just cut those out and March is ready.

My husband was so surprised that I hid his anniversary card in his car, he found it when he went to work! Little does he know that his valentine with a candy bar is waiting for his next surprise! Valentines are ready to mail.

Picked up the February birthday card on Saturday & hand delivered it w/Valentine candy. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted to give for Valentine's, but it was OK. I really need to shop earlier. Will pick up Valentine card for dh this week. Not sure why I didn't pick it out on Saturday?

Next birthday early March, gift in closet to wrap, add gift card. Still need ideas for the other March birthday. Will check on this over the next week.

This is a really great idea.

I went a little unfrugal for my bday cards this year. I bought a box of really great cards at costco in December (24 cards for $14) well maybe not so unfrugal. They were only 58 cents a card. They are really cool cards that look like professionally scrapbooked cards. That is actually a few more than I need for the year. I have already adressed them and have them ready to go. They take a little extra postage but even with the extra postage they still only cost about $1 each total. The only person getting a bday gift from us this year is our toddler. The older boys will be getting cash, $1 per year old plus $1. For example: Josh turns 23 next week so he got $24.

mitlady - time is money too...so maybe you are being frugal with your time!

Mother's day - we have only one mother to send to....so I'm going to make her a fabric postcard. And for her birthday a special spring pillow case ..... still dreaming about Easter.

No, I'm not ready yet. Going to head tomorrow and pick up what I need along with March's birthday card. I am going to look for some card stock too as I am going to make the rest. Especially a Mother's Day card as I want to take my Mother's Day gift with me on the 23rd. I don't know if I will see my Mom before May.

No birthdays in our family for March! Got my shamrock cards ready and made extra cookie dough last night for making cookies.
    Easy March.
