I've worked out how to do this to fit my schedule - more of a "hill". The two days I'm off I'll do 12 each, the other days, depending on varying work schedules, 6, 6, 4, 2, with 2 usually being Saturday, a long shift for me. It works out to the same number, but the flow will be easier.

Saturday - 2, but I did them today before work:
    Clean window sills
    Clean toaster oven

I had waves of gnats in the house over the last few months. I accused my plants, but could never really pin it on them. Finally I tracked it a bag of potting soil with a tear in the dining room - when I picked it up, they swarmed out. Yukk. I'm glad I had never used it. Meanwhile, the gnats had died in their thousands in a black sludge at the edge of the windows. It was a disgusting cleaning job, paper towels all the way. Spray, wipe, throw in trash. Double yukk. But all clean now!

I'll work on my other lists. 2 down. 40 to go!

That does sound pretty disgusting. If you are participating in the "fling" challenge, you just earned about a billion flings, so there is an up side!!

Hmm, didn't think of that. But somehow winning the Fling by flinging 1,874,357 gnat carcasses doesn't seem quite fair.

Sunday will always be my "day off" for duties since I have my longest shift on Sunday, and rarely have any time to work. But here is my Monday and Tuesday list: 6 each this week. I'll actually try to do the dishes tonight, but no rash promises.

    Monday:
Catch up on dishes (always behind after the weekend)
    Assemble second shelf
    Fold remaining can organizer boxes
Move living room furniture to accomodate plant shelf
    Move trunk contents to closet
    Move yarn into trunk

    Tuesday:
Take out trash from new shelves and boxes
    Empty old pantry shelf, disassemble
Move new shelf into pantry closet
Organize can goods on new shelf
    Dust mop bathroom
    3" on the afghan

Oh my - did I overestimate what I could get done before leaving for work. And I haven't even been goofing off until I stopped just now to get a bite before leaving.

    Monday:
Catch up on dishes (always behind after the weekend)
    Assemble second shelf
    Fold remaining can organizer boxes
Move living room furniture to accomodate plant shelf
    Move trunk contents to closet
    Move yarn into trunk

Edited to add: Well, looking back, it isn't quite that bad. I also sorted through expiration dates for all the canned goods and actually put it all in the boxes, which organized half my pantry. I just didn't list all that for today.

And since my home time is over, that's it for the day. I hugely underestimated how long it would take to fold those boxes. I would just think I was getting better and then I would have to re-do one or two. I'd like to think it's the boxes, not my pea brain. But I absolutely love them in the pantry. An enormous splurge, but worth it.
