I've never had hives, but heard it's wretched. I hope you get over them soon.

Congrats on breezing through (as I know you did) on the testimony. It always feels so good with "official" things are over.

I did 9 more. So 21 of 41 done. I dropped the Walmart run because that will be Saturday or Sunday night, and changed one to a more immediate need. Still to go, but the list is getting shorter:

    2. Find a new place for the canning jars
    3. Repackage some bulk herbs/seasonings
    8. Vacuum bedroom
    11. Mop dining room floor
    14. Sort bags of papers
    15. Put away small flotsam from the moving
    16. Vacuum living room
    20. Pick up library books
    21. Get cash
    22. Call HR about insurance
    23. Finish first half of current afghan
    28. Drop off donations
    32. The Big Cook for the work week
    33. Clean up after The Big Cook
    34. Clean refrigerator
    36. Complete and mail census
    37. Make shopping list
    38. Put folding bookshelves in car for donation
    39. Make place for gardening supplies

Mahalo for the kind words Donna.

I also stopped at Walgreens on the way home and checked on my med order. My doctor had still not confirmed the prescriptions......I am so willing to up my diet and exercise to get off at least some of these meds.

So, for Tuesday, the following got done:
    1. MADE UP BED
    2. mailed refund
    3. spent the next 4-5 hours shopping and having lunch with youngest dd. We went to a shopping center about 45 minutes away that we like but seldom go to because its a bit of a distance. She needed a few clothes. Got some good deals. Lane Bryant bras b1g150% off and had a coupon to use. Target for 2 jeans and Ross for a shirt for $7.99. Also got myself 2 new shirts on clearance about 60-65% off and got oldest dd a pair of jeans about 80% off and another pair about 70% off.
    4. Made last cake mix that was about to expire.
    5. General pickup in family room and kitchen.
Just kind of pooped out after that. She wore me out.

I stupidly, stupidly sat up listening to an audio book until 5:45 a.m. I blame two things. It was much fun I couldn't turn it off (an odd way to talk about a book) and stupid 2, I know I shouldn't do even decaf tea late. 10 pm is way, way too late. So my "morning" started about 12:30 this afternoon, and I've done almost nothing.

I did finish loading the car with the donation items, a huge chore. It's stuffed to the gills and some of the stuff was large and awkward and heavy to move. I'm also marking off "finish" half of afghan. I was almost to that point, decided I really didn't like it, and unravelled it and neatly wound up all the yarn. At any rate, I'm considering that 1 task worth of afghan work.

    So 23 of 41.
