Default 2010 Weekly Pyramid Challenge - Week 25

Ok, I'm the one anxious to start of the new week this time. I have my Plan. I listing 6 chores per day, lots of shopping. I'm going to try to really polish up the stockpile before I go to working days. If, that is, I can stand being out in the heat day after day.

    Saturday:

    1. Cull and organize coupons
    2. Make grocery list for Super 1 and Brookshire's
    3. Make grocery list for Kroger
    4. Box up Amazon return (not as described - grrrr)
    5. Prepare patterns to mail to sister
    6. Straighten organize patterns and papers

    Sunday:

    1. Update financial records
    2. Work - at least 2 sections on link checking project
    3. Work - clean out e-mail
    4. Clip new coupons, add to shopping lists if needed
    5. Clean out my computer files
    6. Plan cooking for week

That's my start! I'm energized and ready to go. I'll probably faint when I see my CC bill at the end of the month with all the shopping in the agenda, and may have to add "transfer money from savings" and "turn in Frugal Village Membership Card and Badge." But it will be small in July and August. There will be No Time Off for the next two months so I want to get it all done now.

    2. cut ds hair
    3. cut dd hair
    4. dig up and give hibiscus
    5. sort and wrap treasure box items

    Today's 12 LITTLE THINGS:

    1.clean counters/empty sink
    2-3. loads laundry
    4.change all bedsheets
    5.pay bills
    6.make menu
    7.make errand shopping list
    8.run errands
    9.30 minutes cleaning
    10.wipe off kitchen windowsill
    11.straighten pantry
12.make root beer(ran out of sugar during my baking spree yesterday!)

~I took the day off yesterday. I barely got any sleep and was so hormonal that I thought it'd be best to just rest as much as possible.

Aiiii -- that's it for today, with little done. Being out in the heat just saps all my energy. It's early to bed tonight! Some I've kicked into leftovers, but just moved some to Tuesday.

    Leftovers:

    Plan cooking for week
    Soak dried beans
    Chicken in crockpot

    Tuesday:
    Put away shopping
    Catch up on dishes
    De-clutter computer area
    Walmart
    Kroger
Hobby Lobby - couple of skeins for baby afghan
    Car maintenance and state inspection
    Return library book
Blue rounds on afghan squares: 2/20

I'll be lucky to get even that done.

    TUESDAY. NOT AS PLANNED.

I am sitting home carless. The car is across town in dry dock at the Honda dealership. Having to leave it has thrown my whole day out and I don't even want to think what it is going to cost. The A/C needs work, and in Louisiana, car A/C is not a luxury, at least not in my books. I don't know if I will get it back today. If not, I will have to miss the last day of a Kroger sale that had things I really wanted to stock up on and that will be vexing.

On the up side, on the way to Honda, I ran in a grocery store with a really good deal on Scott TP. They had lifted the limit, so I have a BIG TP stockpile. (I hope they don't look in the trunk at Honda!)

    Leftovers:
    Plan cooking for week
    Soak dried beans
    Chicken in crockpot

    New Tuesday list:
    Put away Monday shopping
    Catch up on dishes
    Wash and freeze grapes
    Clean kitchen
    Collect trash to carry out
    De-clutter computer area
    Kroger
    Super 1
    Hobby Lobby
    Car maintenance and state inspection
    Return library book
    Start round ripple
    Declutter living room
Blue rounds on afghan squares: 2/20
