~As much as I love the pyramid and how it works I've switched back to a modified FLylady system. Having a day just for certain things was the only thing that really worked when my other two were babies and I want to reestablish this before the next one arrives. I'd love to still participate by posting my daily objectives and what I got done but it probably won't be 43 things each week.
So here's my current week plan:

Monday: General Anything or Nothing Day, Laundry
Tuesday: Desk Day(covers finances, correspondence, making lists, record keeping, email)
    Wednesday: Flinging and Organizing Day
Thursday: Cooking, Baking and Sewing Day
    Friday: Regular Cleaning, Laundry
    Saturday: Shopping Day
    Sunday: Free Day

The real trick is to not get distracted baking on Tuesdays or with finances on Thursdays, etc. Instead of starting a task I see needs doing I write it in my notebook under the correct day and do it on the correct day.
This works really well with small children because I may only have 10 minutes at a time to work and not getting distracted is the only way to actually finish anything.
I'm going to miss the hours my older kids sometimes give me to work on tasks though.
So yesterday and today I reversed my planned Free Day and Shopping Day. I did the shopping this morning(3 stores) plus some returns(3 stores). Now anything we need will be picked up DH on the way home from work or will wait until next weekend. This should include internet shopping but I don't know if that is feasible right now.~

Nuisance - your plan sounds like a solid one to me!! Mahalo for sharing!!

Momto5RN - This thread was originally started with an inverted pyramid idea - listing 13 things to do on the first day, then decrease by 2 each day. What a lot of us found was that we needed to adjust for our indivisual schedules etc - until for me - it was listing what I needed to attend to each day to keep me focused. So it can be what you need it to be - a way of logging in and accounting for your to dos!!

I am changing my exercise to my bike instead of the pool - the intermittent light showers have changed to deluge - not my idea of fun. Now that the WC is over, I am heading for my recumbent bike!!

~The pyramid challenge has you build a pyramid with your weekly tasks. We usually start on Saturdays and you choose 12 very small things that need to be done. Very small like "refill soap dispenser" or "return library books". Just tiny things that you may have been procrastinating about. Then the next day you choose 10 things, the next day 8, then 6, 4, 2 and just one thing on Friday. The tasks can get larger in scope or time consumption as the week goes on.
But everyone seems to put their own spin on this challenge so try joining us and see what works for you.
The accountability here is what really helps me accomplish the things on my list every week!~

~Since today is my Anything or Nothing Day I can work on whatever I think is the highest priority or I can succumb to an occasional Monday mood and do nothing without feeling guilty. I feel great today so I've already put in a half hour of organizing in the kitchen.
I think the highest priority things now are flinging stuff/yard sale prepping, organizing things better for more space, and overall preparing for the baby.
I'll aim for 6, 30 minute sessions of doing stuff in those categories today.
    1/6 completed!~

~Another hour of flinging and organizing. 3/6 sessions completed.
I'm suddenly very very tired so I think I'll put my feet up for an hour or so. I may have to resort to a cup of coffee to keep up with the cleaning motivation I have today. I'm feeling ruthless with he flinging and I want everything gone! ~

I've been seriously MIA, but I'm getting more adjusted (I think) to getting up 4:30-5:00 instead of 11:00. But by Friday when I got off work I felt like I'd been hammered into the sidewalk. But two weeks down. Only about 6 to go.

Two things are working out well. A grocery store I like, on my direct route home, that started closing too early to go after work is ok at 4:00 when I get off. I was concerned about how crowded the laundry room would be evenings and weekends, then had a brilliant idea. Go really early. I not only had it to myself at 7 a.m. on Sunday, I could have been the last person on earth for all the activity in the complex. So life if do-able. But my to do lists are going to be pretty minimal until I'm back to night life.

I'm off today and tomorrow for payback for working the holiday and yesterday when I should have been off. So my list for these two days is:

    Groceries - Super 1 - DONE
    Groceries - Brookshire's - DONE
    Finish unloading car
    Put groceries away
Fold, put away air dried laundry from yesterday
    Cook beans or vegetable soup
    Cook and freeze rice
Take chicken for salad out to thaw
    Catch up on dishes
    Coral round on baby afghan

    Tuesday:
    Groceries - Kroger
    Make chicken salad
    Green round on baby afghan

Clearly a big grocery stock up while I'm off a couple of weekdays. Therea are some good sales too.

    Put away groceries
