I am in. Need to make this place clean and more efficient. This past year we failed miserably. This year, we will make it happen. Lots to do and organize.

I think my January Project will be the master bedroom. It's the catch-all room where we put things that don't have their own home. I was given a bunch of nice clothes that I need to try on and sort out. My closet is stuffed with nice clothes that are now too big for me. Lots to do in there tjo make it nice and peaceful.

Me too. I keep seeing in my minds eye what I want to do but I don't get around to it so the house stays cluttered. Doing it as a challenge should help me get to it!

Ooooohhh yeah. I want to get a lot of organizing done just in case we end up having enough money to buy our land and start building a house. I already told DH I will not take most of the junk his mom gave us into a new house.

I'm jumping in this year, too. Last year I fell off the wagon on all of the challenges. Hope to do much better this year.

We used to move every year or two, so when we moved into this house I never really bothered to make it ours. Now it's 7 years later and I have so much to do to make it cozy. A lot of de-cluttering and painting will be going on.

This is my first FV challenge (aside from a lousy attempt at a pound a week a couple years back!).

I dream of being a home maker and being proud of my house. This is the year it has to happen, for my sanity and for my infant daughters safety and well being. Like MammaMia, I woke up this morning to all the Christmas clutter and thought about how much I don't want my place to be like this!

Bring it on! My first project will be my bedroom. My husband has packed it to the gills with junk, no lie, two TVs and a dining room table, and a cat tree. I want to declutter and remove all unnecessary furniture - maybe find a single larger bureau. My goal is that DD is ready to move from her cradle to a crib and I don't want to have to put her in a different room - so I want room for the crib in our bedroom, until Springtime at least!

Bring it on! How do we do this, set tasks and goals and acheive them?
I can use some task and goal setting advice too. If you (in general) were going to clean your bedroom as a project, how would you begin? How would you outline the tasks? What "baby steps" would you take? I would be interested in hearing the baby steps for other projects too.
