I've been good about keeping the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom picked up since my major cleaning binge last week. I make myself spend a couple of minutes in each room each day, righting the things I have disrupted, so that everything is back where it belongs. This seems to be working for me...fingers crossed!

I was going to post that I fed pets yesterday and then I was afraid y'all would think I don't do that normally. hahahaa!!

But here's what I do when feeding pets:

cat food to hedgehogs, superworm or other treat if they are out and about saying hi
Any or all of these for the superworms: slice potato, clementine or orange segments, sliced carrot (I breed them)
Any or all of the above for the turtle plus frozen fruit, a boiled egg here and there
superworms fed to turtle and chameleon
feed 5 dogs breakfast and dinner

But the dogs are the only ones fed every day, the others it depends on what and how much the have eaten of what I offered.

I made my bed and fed dogs breakfast but not anything else. The mornings are mine, I don't usually do stuff before work. After work is when I actually make myself clean, if I'm going to clean.

The past few days, I have kept things from getting out of hand - doing the daily necessities, but not much else. I wish I had the time I didn't realize I had before!

Dh is putting shelves in our little one's closet so I'm organizing all his stuff. Looks neater and gives him more room.

After work I bustled around but not sure what I actually did. Made dinner for myself.

Walked 1 dog, interviewed for a job over the phone, interviewed for a cat sitting job in person, came home, fed dogs and played with them. Now helping my teen dye her hair. I think I should do dishes while it sets.

As far as clean & organized, I have picked up a journal-type small binder that was in the closet and decided to start using it for every day stuff. For instance, I took notes about the cat sitting job in it and the other potential job too. Maybe it will be a journal, maybe a to-do type list, I haven't decided. A life book?

I find myself with scraps of paper everywhere, I think I need a life book. (my own words, I don't know what to really call it)

I think that the only thing that I have kept on top of with any consistency is keeping the couch cleared off - guess that's something. Want to keep the bathroom vanity cleaned too - that's next to my list.

Big de-clutter day. The house is looking pretty good from the three-day holiday weekend I had last week, but it needs a little effort to look JUST as good as it, so I'm going to spend a little time in each room, straightening.

Cleaned the bathroom today and swept up in the diningroom. Did all my laundry and put it away.
