Thanks for keeping it going ladies! I've been away from my computer a lot the last few days...not feeling well and very busy with homeschool stuff, etc. My Mom had surgery on Friday and we've spent some time over at my parents' house as well. Anyway, an update...
Monday...1. dried and hung a load of laundry 2. unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher 3. cleaned top of stove and kitchen counters 4. cooked lunch 5. made bed 6. homeschooled 7. put a load of laundry away 8. finished knitting second fingerless glove

Tuesday...1. made bed 2. homeschooled 3. cooked supper 4. knitted the first fingerless glove for youngest son 5. unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher and ran it 6. watched two movies with my three sons while sitting in the recliner with a heating pad on my abdomen

Today...1. Homeschooled 2. straightened bed 3. worked out with WiiFitPlus 4. unloaded dishwasher 5. cleaned up after the dogs for what felt like all stinking day...our puppy is not cooperating with housetraining! 6. cooked supper

I just want to add that I don't put in feeding and watering the dogs, birds, and chickens for my daily stuff although I do it every day almost...dh will feed the chickens sometimes.

Yesterday I finished my regular chores and then went up to the hospital for a while. When I got back home, I picked up a few groceries and made dinner. Then crashed.

I'm sick today so I forced myself to do the dishes and pick up the living room. Thank goodness the house is pretty clean. I wrote some bills out too.

You did better than I did, Palooka. I'm sick today, as well, and I just laid here like a lump pretty much all day.

Hauled donkeys up and down the driveway to get their teeth floated.

What do they mean by 'floating' madhen?

Yesterday I finished my morning chores, ran to the library, Goodwill and Walmart. Then finished the day with some friends that stopped by. They left late so I then fell into bed.

Donkeys eat roughage, so they have to have the ability to grind their food. Picture two flat rocks sliding on each other. That is how their teeth SHOULD work. As they age, however, donkeys' teeth grow little spurs, or grow unevenly, and they lose the ability to grind their food smoothly.

Floating is a process where the equine dentist takes a file and smooths out the spurs and/or realigns the incisors, so they work efficiently again.

Well, you learn something new every day Madhen! Thanks for that 'cause I've never heard of such. All that grinding sounds painful though...poor donkeys!

They are sedated beforehand, so it is similar you to being on nitrous oxide. They are awake, but they don't really care what you are doing. I took a picture of them afterward, but it was too pathetic to post. They are standing splay-legged with their heads hanging down. Kind of like you'd think a donkey hangover would look.

I'm not able to post on the village much these days, but I love this challenge. I try to do FlyLady.net: Your personal online coach to help you gain control of your house and home to keep up w/housework. My morning routine every day is:
    1. Get dressed to the shoes
    2. Make bed
    3. Check calendar
    4.What's for dinner?
5.Put dishes away and reboot dishwasher
    6. Put in a load of laundry

It seems like I get stuck right there on alot of days. I am trying to work in Zones ea. week like the FlyLady. I can't always keep up though. So I just do what I can and move on.

Today I did my morning routine and went shopping at Save a lot to stock up my canned goods. I gave my two dogs a bath. I swept. I took an hour and a half nap. I am now having a cup of coffee and then going to cook dinner.
