Default Facts about sanitizing with vinegar

Given the flu and other illnesses going around, there has been a lot of talk about sanitizing with vinegar. While putting a vinegar/water solution in a spray bottle at room temp and spritzing it around might clean things, it's not going to do much to kill germs. For those interested in sanitizing with it, here are instructions on how to do so effectively. Check out page 2, option 1.

Thanks SD, I was so happy about finally making a 1:1 solution of vinegar and water. Now I am rethinking that or maybe will just keep some disinfecting wipes on hand. It gets so confusing at times to remember when to use what and why.

Thanks for posting. I was going to start using vinegar in the kitchen, but I see that it's not going to do much without heating it up.
