Feeling lazy today... or moody, or tired...not sure which So:
- watch a bunch of old tv on Netflix (this is technically part of my retirement goals, so hah!)
- sort some laundry
- do the mending I didn't get to last week, plus more that's built up since then...In times like these, it helps to recall there have always been times like these.

1/3 yesterday... was watching brainless old TV shows when the school called to tell me my daughter had "some nits in her hair." So the rest of the day was spent poisoning, combining, spraying, washing, drying, etc...
Here's the kicker... I'm not even sure they really HAD anything... I combed out what could have been nits or dandruff, who knows, but not a single bug that could have LAID any eggs (which is what nits are...) so I am doing all the steps just to be safe, but I'm not sure it's not a whole-lotta-work for nothin'... better safe than sorry, though... lice really gross me out. :/
Pick up my prescription-- done
Pick up DD10's prescriptions (different pharmacy)
pick up papers from the garden center
wash and dry more of the 10,000 stuffies off my kids' beds... that's going to take all weekend...In times like these, it helps to recall there have always been times like these.

Zhoen, you have my sympathies. When my kids were in school, there were some horrible infestations. I always had good luck with mousse. Washed hair every night and put product in every morning. They never got them again. They gross me out, too.
0/3 today...just can't seem to get motivated. Tomorrow:
1. Pick up prescription.
2. Pick up whatever odds & ends of groceries we might need.
3. Sort through a pile of paperwork and get rid of most of it.(file it, too)
Hoping I can find my motivation.
