Pinetree, try to take things easy and don't overdo. Back problems can get progressively worse if you're not careful.

Well, I went 2/3 today. Didn't get any paper put away. Tomorrow:

    1. More candy work.
    2. Clean birdcage.
    3. Find a way to loosen my new watchband.

    empty dishwasher
    vacuum
    wash cat blankets
    keep in touch with vet

Have had the, I dont know what kind of week, our will be 10 yrs old on Easter Sunday, "little kitten" had some kind of breathing attack, ended up in vets for 2 days, brought her home sun morning, had to rush her to emergency vet trhat night, then they transfered to another vet 2 towns away... long story short we had to rush her back this morning, shes on oxygen but in ICU, they rhink it might be asthma. We have been caring for her 24/7.

Today my Dad passed away, 22 yrs ago, seems like yesterday, it was on Good Friday, back then, I am having a tough time this year, for some reason.

I usually love April, this year, I sure wish it would just be over...Am going to try aand get back some kind of routine.

We had snow and a freeze so have already lost a bunch of plums...enough griping,,,have a great day...

{{{Pinetree}}} We never stop missing Dad, do we? For me it's Thanksgiving that's hard like that. We lost my Dad and DH Mom on 11/19. It was 22 years apart, but ... it makes the holiday tough.

Well, I started out with good intentions today, but something happy happened and I just let it all go to do the happy thing. My (very introverted) niece was selected to give her speech at the Senior Honors banquet and asked me to go dress shopping with her. So I did. We had a great afternoon and I'm not going to be guilty about not getting things done...and we found the perfect dress. On sale! As Sara said, it was epic!

So, tomorrow will be extra busy, but I don't mind a bit.

    1. Finish candy. There's not too much.
    2. Go get groceries for Easter dinner.
    3. pick up candy to finish baskets.
    4. pick up gift cards for my kids Easter baskets.
    5. clean up the candy stuff and put it all away.
    6. clean up the dining room and set up for Easter.

Jen...yes I'm doing two, but I did none today.

Keep us informed about your kitty.

    And how is your back??

    For Friday:

    1) Coordinate all shopping lists
    2) Errands

Pinetree, so sorry to hear about your kitty!

We are safely back from our trip. The fence still isn't done, apparently the bad weather slowed them down... but it looks like my plants all survived the freeze, so that's good news.

    Tomorrow:
    -meeting at the garden center
    - take the kids to an easter event
    -start settling back in
In times like these, it helps to recall there have always been times like these.

Oh, Pinetree, I'm so sorry for your loss.

Well I managed 4/5 today. No gift cards. I can do that tomorrow, though. I don't have a list for tomorrow, but I'll most likely be cooking anything I can to get ahead of Easter dinner. DH is thinking about doing some more yard work, but I'm thinking I'll get more done inside. I guess we'll see how it goes.

Happy Easter! Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

We have canceled our dinner and plans for Easter, maybe have it later if everyone wants to.

We are keeping watch on Tazzies Mom, Dr.D. is afraid she is going to stop eating and go into a depression... wants to catch it early, we dont want to lose her too. I am hanging in here, I never knew this one was going to be So Hard!

pinetree, take care of yourself and be kind to yourself during this sad time. Give Tazzie's mom lots of love. Keep us informed.

Our companion animals are so much a part of our lives. I don't understand people who just don't understand the love we have for them.

    Saturday: 2/3

    For Sunday:

    1) Clean litter box
    2) Enjoy Easter
