Went for physical exam and to get test results today. Everything looks good (especially my weight!!) except for:
    1) Bone density scan showed some bone thinness in my hips
    2) I have very low levels of Vitamin D
    3) Potassium and sodium levels are a little low
    4) B12 levels are low
    5) Some mild kidney issues

So, I will begin taking calcium, Vitamin D, B complex vitamins, eating more foods with potassium, and I can't take NSAIDS like Advil anymore.

Overall things are pretty good! I am very thankful.

    For Wednesday:

    1) Go to doctor DONE
    2) Put away that clean laundry
    3) Change litter boxes
    4) Do some menu planning---everyone's schedules keep changing
    5) Enjoy the sunshine

    Have a good one, ladies!

I wasn't going to post today, was taking it easy, Think I really over did it yesterday, was feeling pretty bad, so behaving myself, I need to go into the Dr. tomorrow and give all the blood I have been trying to keep, and have another check up.

Then this amazing pink shoe box appeared out of nowhere, it had my name on it written in all different colors, well that put a big smile on this ole wrinkly face, then a chuckle, Oh my Lord this person has just made my month!! I had to get a knife to get it open, there was so much tape on it, but the funny thing is there was a big hole in the bottom where it looked like a mailman kicked it,,,,whats in it?? Ah come on I can't get it open !! Yep, big smiles, I would have thought I was a 4 year old again!!

Finally got the top open, and there was the prettiest pink homemade card, It is really beautiful and is hanging on my fridge. I Love it! It tells me to get well soon..
Next is a lovely paperback, I will read and send back, it is their favorite book!
and a word search book, I love them!
3 magazines that I can't wait to look at, with recipies!
and a little inside greenhouse with alfalfa sprout and microgreen seeds! It even came with dirt! I am all ready to plant my spring garden!!

I can not Thank you enough Zhoen, you had me in tears when I opened it and have me in tears typing this. You will never know how much this little box means to me, Thank You for the hand written note and the homemade card from your dearest daughter, it is alot nicer than a store bought one.

Hugs to you and your daughters Z.

Isn't it amazing an angel always shows up when you need one?!! ( I really needed one)

Have a beautiful day, give someone a hug and hugs to all of you!

Well Gorsh! <Goofy-dawg voice> Seriously, though, you wanna see tape, you should see when my MIL wraps something! Some year I'm going to just completely mummify a box I send her, just so she can see how annoying it is... ;P

SO... my list... I *DID* find my birth certificate last night, but passports are now done by-appointment, so I have that set up for tomorrow morning. Meanwhile I got my (necessarily hideous) pictures made today. And I did check on the insurance, the lady says I'm good until July, which doesn't sound right, so I need to double-check that online tomorrow... I just don't want it to lapse, particularly not during tax season with all the new penalties and such. But I didn't do much by way of dishes or laundry. One of the big blankets kept unbalancing the load and is taking forever to dry... and dishes... I just didn't wanna!

    Tomorrow:
    -Passport application appointment
-supposed to spend the day with Hubs, a "day-date," since it's really really hard to have any quality time
-hop on the library site and get on the waiting lists for some books I want
    - and probably some cleaning (deliberately vague) lately I prefer to clean only when everyone is home, trying to grab a little "me time" when they are gone... which lately is NOT often enough!!! ;P

ILC, I have to take B-complex and a lot of Vitamin D, too. I think you'll see an improvement in your energy levels pretty quickly. Mine was noticeably better in just about 4 days when I started them. I hope it all works well for you.

Pinetree, I'm so glad you got such a nice gift! You deserve it. You are the one who always has a kind word and encourages us when we need it. But please take things slow...it takes time to recover, and we don't want you pushing yourself too hard.

I, have done nothing for the last 2 days but lay around and nap(with the cats...they love it when I hang out in bed). I've had a headache and dizzy spells, so no work being done. I'm going to see the doctor tomorrow. This is enough.

I'll be back with a list when I feel better.

    Have a lovely day, Everyone!

    Jen

Z, that was so sweet of you to do that for pinetree!

Jen, hope you feel better and that your doctor can figure out what's going on with you.

piney, sorry about the ear ache. Take it easy.

pinetree, you mean so much to all of us here. So don't overdo and be a good patient. I miss you when you're not posting!

I had my eye doctor appointment today. I have very healthy eyes but my astigmatism is worse and in about 20 years I will have to have cataracts dealt with. So I have a new prescription and in the next few days I'll pick out some new frames which I desperately need.

    For Friday:

    1) Eye doctor DONE
    2) Make 3 cheesecakes IN PROGRESS
    3) Mop DONE
    4) Enjoy the sunshine

Yesterday I got lots done so I could enjoy the weekend with my DS who will be home.

I hope everyone has a lovely and productive day.

No list for today, under the weather and DH and I are both home due to over a foot of snow that we got over the past 24 hours. Our road still hasn't been plowed and a part broke off the snow blower.

    Hi everyone!!

Piney, dont wait too long to see the Dr. catch it while its early. Get lots of rest and hot tea!

RABBIT, hope you are feeling better, and your family members too. Take it easy, things will still be there when you start feeling better! Did you try the cauiflower pizza yet?

ilc, wtg on all your tests!! So are you feeling better now? Was being tired from your vit D? Dont
feel bad taking all your pills I am now on 14. Hope you enjoyed your family time, how was the cheesecake?

    Z, hug your girls

Jen, How are you doing today? Thanks for the kind words, they mean alot.

Well went to Dr. Fri. came out with 3 more prescriptions, but, guess I gotta do what I gotta do.

I cannot start rehab until my heart was had enough rest, so that means I have got to quit trying to do things, oh what a drag, but, hopefully I start the end of the month.. fingers crossed. This resting isnt fun, especially when you want to get things done. I am allowed to take short walks. whoppee I get to walk to the bathroom!!! sigh... This is going to take alot longer than I thought, plus they still want to put in that pacemaker type thing..

Am really giving thanks we have insurance, but am starting to wonder where the money is coming from to pay for all of this ,,,guess I always need something to worry about!

Have a beautiful day, I am going to do a word search today.... Have Fun!!
