14 prescriptions, oh my! But yes, you're right, you gotta do what you gotta do. We'll pray that you can start rehab soon. Plus the pacemaker should help a LOT. My dad had a temporary one put in after his heart attack and it helped him. That was 40 years ago so just think of how great they must be now

The cheesecakes were SO good. DS took one back to school last night. He and his roommate both love cheesecake so it probably is just about gone by now.

Well, I got everything done today. This doesn't happen often, so I'm pleased.

    For Tuesday:

    1) Get hair cut and colored 10:00
    2) Funeral 2:00
    3) Pick up DD's prescriptions by 5:00
    4) Work with DH on some financial stuff
    5) Free harp concert 7:30
    6) Whatever else I can fit in

    Have a terrific Tuesday, ladies.

I'm going to try a list for tomorrow, but it will have to be an easy one. The doctor gave me some antibiotics for a sinus infection that was causing the dizziness, and I'm hoping that will be better soon.

    Tomorrow:

    1. One load of laundry.
    2. Show SIL how to do taxes online.
    3. Sort a file full of recipes that I just found and put them in the right folders.

    Have a great day, Everyone!

pinetree - that's great that you will be able to start rehab next week! I'm sure you will start to regain some strength. I haven't tried the cauliflower pizza yet, I'm trying to eat what we have in the freezer for right now but I am looking forward to trying it.

piney - hope your energy is back today!

ilc - thanks, now I want CHEESECAKE!! LOL! Sounds like you had a busy day today.

Jen - hope the antibiotics kick in soon.

I am feeling better today, I was worried that I was catching what DH has. I'm not making a list for tomorrow either because it would be about 30 chores long. I plan on getting a lot done tomorrow, just hope I wake up feeling motivated.

2/3 today. Didn't get the paper sorted. I'm having an odd pain in my left thigh lately and today it was really bad. If it's not better tomorrow, I have to go back to the doctor.

    Tomorrow:

    1. Shopping. If I can. I've been putting it off and the list is awful. I hate to shop.
    2. Sort and organize the canning jars. They get emptied and washed, but then they just sit there and wait.
    3. I'll think of something.

    Have a wonderful day, Everyone!

Yea, pinetree! Things are looking up!

Hope everybody wakes up feeling GREAT on Wednesday!

We didn't go to the harp concert----we ended up having to do some unexpected errands in a neighboring town and it was 7:00 by the time we got home and we had cats and dogs to deal with.

I love my haircut! It had been almost a year since I'd had anything to done to my hair (except for DH trimming the ends) so it was a real treat.

    For Wednesday:

    1) Skin/debone chicken breasts and package them for the freezer (got them for 99 cents a pound)
    2) Package 5 lbs. of ground beef for the freezer
    3) Vacuum upstairs
    4) Fold and put away clean laundry
    5) Clean up kitchen
    6) Do our big monthly shopping trip to Walmart

    Have a wonderful Wednesday.

ilc - isn't it wonderful how great you feel after a good haircut?!

piney- looks like you got your energy back!

pinetree - if you wouldn't mind sharing, I would love to have the cauliflower potato salad recipe

I got just about everything that I wanted to do today done. I still have to cut coupons and exercise but I'll get that done later. I finally feel caught up.

0/3 today. I got caught up in something and never got to my list. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. My leg is still hurting, but it's much better than yesterday, so I'll give it a little more time. From my reading, it appears to be a result of taking my pain meds, so I'll go easy on them for a while.

    Tomorrow:

    1. Get canning jars put away.
    2. One load of laundry.
    3. Work on sorting craft supplies.

    Have a lovely day, Everyone!

    Jen

    Today's list:

    1) Fold 2 loads of clothes
    2) Pick up a few groceries
    3) Buy vitamins
    4) Make chicken salad
    5) Go to Moms Next (mother's group at church--I serve as a mentor)

The past several days I've been focused on getting my colonoscopy checked off the list so I didn't make an effort to do much beyond home basics and test prep. Now it's time to get back to my regular routine.

Stay warm and have a good day everyone.

    Kind regards,

    Sally

I was a lazy bum yesterday and did practically nothing once we got home from errands/appointments. Except I made a nice supper and washed a whole lot of dishes.

    For Thursday:

    1) Work with DH on finding paperwork for taxes DONE
    2, 3, 4.....) Pretty much everything from Wednesday's list

It sounds as though everyone is feeling somewhat better and more energetic. Yea, us!

    Have a good day, ladies.
