1) Chiropractor appointment
2) Pick up daughter's BFF from college
3) Finance updates
I should probably pick something to put into the crock pot and get it defrosting. The trouble is, I'll be the only one home for dinner. Daughter is working and husband is going to visit his mother. I'll figure something out.

3/3 today. I don't have a list for tomorrow. I'm really not feeling well, and I think I'm coming down with something. I think it will be a rest day...I don't think I'll have a choice.

pinetree, that recipe sounds wonderful! I know some people are now substituting mashed cauliflower for mashed potatoes in their meals. I'm going to try both. Good news about the warm temps. I do hope you get to go outside.
Jen, hope you feel better soon.
I'm still working on the previous days' list. I feel fine, I just want to read my books rather than do housework. But I HAVE to get some stuff done today.
1) FINISH THE LIST FROM THE PAST 2 DAYS
2) Call vet for appointment for one of the cats--he's very lethargic and has lost some weight and his fur doesn't look good. His sister had diabetes so I wonder...
3) Feed the birds
Hope everyone has a good Friday.

I have tried the mashed cauiflower, now need to find a good gravy or topping for it. Next I have been looking at a cailflower cake,,,, some how I am Not going to give up all my favorite foods, even if it is a veggies replacement. Spagetti squash with homemade sauce and I dont feel left out from not getting the noodles!
Found fresh green beans and asparagus for .99 so I am going to love eating those!

pinetree, call your dr. if the aches/pains continue. You don't need that on top of everything else.
Progress is being made! I didn't mop so that will be on today's list. I did take the cat to the vet and spent $137 on tests and blood work to find out that he is in pretty good shape for his age (almost 13). Then DH had to buy a battery for the van since that sucker was deader than a doornail and that cost $100. OUCH AND we have to pay federal and state taxes this year----no refunds. DOUBLE OUCH Oh well, we are still very very blessed!
1) Tweak menu plans
3) Reset downstairs
4) Cut some daffodils for vases
5) Enjoy the sunshine and warmer temps
Have a super Saturday, everyone.
