We celebrated my grandparents' 55 years anniversary last weekend. Visited my MIL at the hospital yesterday. My BF wanted takeout for dinner on our way home. I picked up some marked down meat at the supermarket instead.

The municipality started a new recycling program two months ago. We got an extra trash can for paper, cardboard boxes, metal, hard plastic, and glass. They empty it once a month, and I'm surpriced it was overflowing both times.

    Today:

    Clean fridge.
    Meal plan.
    Make granola.
    Make jam.
    Bake honey cakes.

I went grocery shopping yesterday and voted early for next week's election at a library close to the supermarket. A common idea here is "if you don't vote you don't have the right to complain, when the politicians make stupid decisions ".

    Today:

    Laundry.
    Run dishwasher.
    Vacuum.

Today taking care of parents. I will complete some mandatory professional training and other work on the laptop while I am there. Very excited about the upcoming Dec 4 job change and want to get a "jump" on making good impressions and performing good work.

    Sunday - yard leaves.
Next week will get a 5-day weekend beginning Wednesday. Probably get a lot of yard work done then as well.

Stop trying to organize all of your family’s crap. If organization worked for you, you’d have rocked it by now. It’s time to ditch stuff and de-crapify your world.

If you're not using the stuff in your home, get rid of it. You're not going to start using it more by shoving it into a closet.

Today after work ( off at 12 or 1 ).... went to one grocery to get sale items. Still have to go to Publix and Walfart. Dread both with a passion.
Got rid of some trash off porch
    Dishwasher unloaded and reloaded.
Most of pots and pans hand washed ...still have a couple pieces
Put away a FEW of the things on kitchen counter.... tons left to go. I pick up... they get put back

    Tomorrow and Monday I hope..
    Finish pots and pans
Unload dishwasher and reload with anything at the time
Clean and polish stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher
    Clean inside microwave
Wash and dry at least 2 loads laundry including doggie blankies
Put away clothes piled on that couch ( yes, we're ALL still piling them )
    Toilet
    At least the bath sink
    Mop bathroom
    Bathroom baseboards
    Kitchen baseboards
    Swiffer/dust kitchen ceiling corners
    Wash kitchen curtains
Hang living room curtains back up ( took down last weekend and washed )
MAYBE pull TV and stand away from wall and wet swifter behind and clean baseboard and cords )
Sweep and mop downstairs and do ceiling swifter/dust corners
If really in to it the baseboards downstairs ( somehow I doubt this one happens )
Clean living room door inside and out along with window
    Living room baseboards
Sweep porch floor and ceiling of porch ( freaking disaster )
    Clean porch furniture
    Wipe down cushions on furniture
Clean the wall of the trailer on porch side ( another disaster )
Wash the 2 windows of trailer on porch side inside and out

Daughter is coming for Thanksgiving from TN Tuesday night. Last weekend was sick but should have started a month ago. Just can't get into the season. Having a hard time getting motivated to do anything. Got to drag myself outta this.

Sorry for the whine Anywho... this is what I'm hoping to accomplish with the help of the kid. Probably won't near get done but all on the list.

Still working on above list. Made some headway but keep getting sidetracked into something else. Go to one room to do something and do it but find something else to take to another room thats not on the list and so on and so on.
WAY more than 2 loads laundry for example and putting away instead of piling somewhere as clearing off that couch is the focus.
Just got done with one baby dogs bath which wasn't on the list. May give Lucy one but she's not feeling good so that's in the air. Dishes AND pots and pans all done and put away. Break then back to it

Niko, hope you get to cross off a bunch of to-dos tomorrow.

My list is pretty short, since I can't move much. Organize some bills and pay taxes before the end of the year.

Have a friend coming to sit with me tomorrow, so I may attempt to tidy the kitchen/dining area.

It's getting cold here, and even our former stray cat doesn't want to go outside.

The municipal and regional elections are today. I didn't want to wait in line, so I voted early last week. A family member was five votes from being elected last time in his municipal. Hope he gets enough votes this year.

    Today:

    - Grocery shopping.
    - Run dishwasher.
    - Vacuum floor.
    - Make jam.

I did more surveys. Half way to another $10 AC Moore coupon. (really not a good use of time but I finished all my library books)
Donation was picked up today so "stuff" gone from the house.
Wednesday: bake pumpkin pie, yard clean-up, paperwork/bill paying.

"Friendsgiving" - like that. I would be happy doing something like that except hubby has to turn any entertaining at home into a huge production, that makes it more of a pain than a pleasure. So we are home alone - at least it's relaxing.

Today: make the sweet potatoes, knitting and relax
Friday: Kohl's to use $10 coupon, PetSmart for free bag of cat food. More yard work. Make soup?

CH sorry to hear your having surgery again. My DH also needs more on the same leg to take out the beads they put in last time. The last time was to remove the metal and infection the metal caused. Getting old. Feet again??
