Ok, chicken is taken care of, fridge was cleaned some.

    - make cranberry fruit salad for New Year's
    - see if there's enough needed to warrant a shopping trip in the brutal cold
    - laundry
    - sewing room clean/organize
Stop trying to organize all of your family’s crap. If organization worked for you, you’d have rocked it by now. It’s time to ditch stuff and de-crapify your world.

If you're not using the stuff in your home, get rid of it. You're not going to start using it more by shoving it into a closet.

Use it up, Wear it out,
Make it do, Or do without. ~unknown

I did the tennis ball massage last night, I'm not sure if I did it right though! I will have to practice a little. Thanks again CH for the link.

DH and I spent the day with my mom but I did manage to get a few things done this morning.

    ~ picked up house
    ~ stripped bed/remade
    ~ load of whites

I'm doing a load of DH's work jackets and hoodies right now and that will probably be it for tonight. I was hoping to get the first season DVD of This Is Us but the library was closed today. Too bad since I would have had the time to watch it over the next 5 days. I watched little bits of the show last year but didn't really start watching until this season so I wanted to catch up.

Anybody have New Years Eve plans? Ours are to stay home! Going to be going out to church in a bit and then driving in to town to wash the car, it has about a half inch thick of salt on it. My big plans for today are to take the Christmas tree down. It's one of those half trees so it won't take long. Planning on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

All my kids are gone now. Just have Dmom with me. I'm very sad. I don't do holidays well. Got all my decorations down. Going to clean the house today or tomorrow. It is drizzling outside and that doesn't help my mood any.

I only have a small tree and cards on display, it will take a couple minutes to box them up, but we won't do that for at least another week. Epiphany is Jan 6.

I started a list of things to do and I need to find it.

We have ham, cranberry fruit salad, and deviled eggs for supper. I plan to warm some fondue and get out bread, crackers, cheese, salami, pickles, etc to enjoy with wine this evening. I suppose I need to cook the eggs this afternoon.
