I haven't been keeping up but yesterday we tossed:

    Old jewelry box
    Old Fly swater
    Several old small toys/knick knacks
pictures (like doubles of silly pictures)
few old peices of baby clothing that were tooo stained to donated
    Old book

    I think there was more..
Sorting through that stuff I found a few things I thought I didn't have anymore, so that was cool! Although I didn't get that much space back, so I might go through some more storage bins today and do it again.

OMG...there was a desk top underneath all that crap on the desk! Such a pretty desk, too!

    Amy

I'm just about finished the porch but I'm tired - the kids and I did quite a bit of work!!

    From the porch I tossed:
    - old cupboard that just isn't worth fixing plus I don't want to waste my energy stripping and painting!!
    - bike helmet (goodwill)
    - 4 empty boxes
    - broken curtain rod
    - end pc of a broken curtain rod
    - torn work glove
    - 7 old bottles (goodwill)
    - old hood for jacket
    - paper bag

From the basement (we started it just a bit)
    - 11 cupboard doors

    From the kitchen (yup again)
    - 17 china saucers (goodwill)

I'm really close to having the porch done, but I probably won't do anymore now until Monday!!

CJ, I just tossed a hood to a jacket last week, lol.

Today I tossed TWO SETS OF SILVERWARE! I had 3 in my drawer that we were using! YIKES!

Can't wait to get to the gadget drawer!

I also tossed a bunch of twist ties, a cheese spreader (never used), and a rusty knife with a broken tip.

Woo hoo the porch is done. I just tossed:

    - umpteen canning jar lids (all old, some rusty)
    - drafting pictures of jobs dh did 10 years ago!!
    - rubber hose
    - 2 plastic lids
    - 3 empty potato bug killer stuff (why would I keep it if its empty)
    - 2 tin cans (recycled)
    - 1 full bag of soil (put it into my flowerbeds)

    kitchen again:
    - 2 bowls (goodwill)
    - 4 saucers (goodwill)
    - 1 chipped saucer

    living room:
    - 1 flower that was almost dead!!
    - 2 flower pots (I decided to put 2 ivy together)

I know I said I wasn't doing anymore, but when you get the decluttering bug, you keep going, right everyone!!

I didn't toss much today, but I got a huge project taken care of. We have had many bags of crushed aluminum cans piling up in one of our sheds. I took them to a lady from my church's house - our Sunday School collects them and cashes them in for donations. Also picked up and delivered my mom's cans (several more bags).

As soon as dh got home, we put all the goodwill bags/boxes in the van to take to the city tomorrow. I then tossed in a black and white tv. We didn't use it and it was only taking up space. It feels so good to have those bags/boxes out of the house!!

I got rid of a half garbage bag of toys today. the couch that was supposed to get picked up today they rescheduled till Monday! so I will have to wait till Monday to be rid of that. But that will give me time to go through my closet to get rid of clothes.

Well, we sold our two window air conditioning units! We had left them in the windows even though we got central air, just in case, but were starting to think about taking them out and wondering where to put them and a girl at dh's work was talking about needing one, so we sold one to her, and the my bil offered to buy the other one. We sold them for $100 each, so not only did we get them out of the house, but we made $200 in the process!

Four more bags of trash today-these are the plastic sacks from the grocery, but they are trash nonetheless!

    *5 cardboard boxes
    *1 walmart bag of clothes
*a few shoes that don't have matches
*1 garbage bag full of broken toys and junk papers
*1/2 garbage bags of stuffed animals that he doesn't like to play with (gave em to the neighbors daughter)
