    Exclamation Organization challenge

Okay all you messies, let's organize!

Today I organized 3 cabinets in the kitchen and actually found some space! I made a snack cabinet for the kids, with granola bars, crackers, etc. Gives me more room in the pantry cabinet.

I also organized my baking dishes-cookies sheets, loaf pans, etc.

DH and I are attempting to organize the basement to house all of the ebay stuff.

What are your organizing weaknesses? Mine has to be I tend to throw stuff back in drawers and closets instead of putting them back.

Anyone need this challenge besides me?

I do. I need this challenge. I throw things right back in to the drawers too. I worked on cleaning off my front porch today. I hope it stays clean.

I'm in! My life is one messy pile after another. It's amazing how things accumulate in my house. I am organizationally challenged and would love to have some definite goals in organizing.
    Where do I start?

I am working on my dd's old room but it's slow going! I have been splitting everything up into boxes as a start.

I have started organizing my pantry and all the cupboards in my kitchen.

I was amazed how much it helped! I put things I use frequently in easier to reach spots...and opened up a new spot to store cokes/toilet paper which always was in the way in the pantry.

ooooh the thing I REALLY need to organize now is my hallway closet. Such a MESS in there, it's embarrassing

Well, it sounds like Heather and I are on the exact same page. I desperately need to re-organize my pantry, but it's still making me sick. (Maybe the sight of ALL of the different foods...I don't know.) Anyway, I also need to organize my hall closet. Every time I take the dog out, and I mean EVERY TIME, and I open that door to get the leash, something falls out at me. It's almost funny, but only because it's nothing big that will hurt me. Maybe after school today I will get to working on that.

I'm working on this--I've been throwing away so much stuff that it's a bit scary. I think it will be much easier to organize things when there isn't any clutter around

I'm in! I've been (very slowly) working on the kitchen.I threw out a lot of sippy cups, and gadgest. Dh and I rearranged the pantry and spice cabinets..made lots of room
My problem now is the cabinet where I keep my can goods....it has no shelf inside and all my cans have to be stacked. It's a pain to unstacked everything to get to something in the back...any ideas???

I also rearranged my laundry room and got rid of some junk I have no idea what I was saving it for lol

I've been working on our bedroom, the last 2 weekends. Got rid of lots in there Some I'm trying/sold on ebay, some I donated to the local thrift shop.

Ashley went through Katie,Jackson and her room and threw out 4 boxes of toys lol

Oh yea...sold some baby clothes on ebay. And gave some away....

    Gosh--I am very disorganized!! LOL!!!

I think that depending on how much time I spend at school today, I will try to focus on three main areas of the house.

    1. My bedroom. I just need to get stuff put away. I'm hoping to do it while watching Regis and Kelly. Then it won't feel so much like work.

    2. The pantry. This one is tricky. I still get a little gaggy around the pantry, but it's important to get it organized so I can see what we do and do not have.

    3. The garage. I'm having that garage sale come hell or high water this weekend. I just need to get it in order.
