    woohoo. Kimberly you did awesome!

Just finished cleaning my fridge and microwave. Got the kiddos lunch and will tackle my pots/pans cabinet afterward.

Still need to do drawers, other cabinets, floor, windows, woodwork, stove top, top of fridge, wash out trash can.

Then I can call it done.

Gabe's reaction when he came home on lunch..."Is someone coming over?"

Zachary's reaction while I was bleaching the counters..."wow sure is clean in here."

O.k, so far today I have cleaned off the top of my fridge. I removed all the clutter, through several disgusting things away, and scrubbed with soft scrub. I also washed anything that has to go back up there. My stove pans are soaking and I've thrown away some trash. This is my lunch break so after a few minutes alone (both girls down for naps) it's back to the salt mines

Kimberlina, No way, my kitchen is tiny! I started decluttering a little at a time since I joined this site so I know that helped some. Your before and after pics look great!!!

    DH's reaction (from an email

"It is going to be a challenge for me to mess that up again!!!
I can keep it clean I promise.
I do wish it was like 1 foot wider which would make it easier to actually walk in but oh well.

    Good job cleaning it."

He must feel guilty, because I never said anything about him messing it up- all I did was send him the pic.

I have to go eat now. I suspect most of my kitchen cleaning for today is over. (Have to eat, take a shower, and go to work for a few hours.) Thankfully, I JUST cleaned off the fridge (of course, there is already stuff back up there, incl. sharp stuff to keep away from DD) and organized a couple cabinets, because my kitchen is BIG and it will take a while to get all the cabinets done. And I have to get all the magazines off the baker's rack.

To everyone still working today: Go, Go, GO!

Well so far I have taken before pics of my fridge in and out. Got a sinkful of soapy water ready to tackle it. Just made a quick chocolate cake for dessert tonight, I think we deserve it. I'll post the pics once I am done and can show progress. LOL

Jack is out cleaning out the shed! I'm not saying a word, just that he is doing great. If I keep him supplied with coffee, he'll stay at it.

The top kitchen cupboards are all washed down, completed decluttered and restored. All china is washed and put away. I also did one drawer, but the rest will have to wait until tomorrow.

Dh said "whats that smell?" I was using Mr. Clean for the cupboards.

Ds said "your cleaning the cupboards?" Like I never clean them before. Gheez its not that bad.

All the upper cabinets have been gone through and decluttered. I tossed a few odds and ends, put some things in the recycling bin (some of that was on the counters, too), and filled a bag with stuff for donation. I cleaned off the top of the fridge, but there is still some stuff on there that is dh's and I have no idea where to put it (tools and such related to remodeling - I suppose he's putting things there so he knows where they are at all times).
