I got mine done today, and I'm going to "work ahead, Teacher," and do the food cabinets tomorrow.

A question for you all. Before I put everything back in its place, I'm wondering what type of liners you like the best.
I'm not sure if I should use the regular contact paper or those rubber mats.

    Thanks again!

I did this one this morning. Since we haven't been here that long, I had gotten rid of a bunch of stuff before we moved. I did take out 2 boxes of stuff to sell, though. Also threw out 2 grocery bags of garbage.
The biggest thing was reorganizing everything. We have lots of cupboard space, but I'm short, so can only reach the first shelf on the upper cabinets. I rearranged everything, so I don't have to pull out my stepladder whenever I need something. All my 'most used' items are in easy reach now.
    Thanks for the motivation!!

frugalfanny I'm jealous.Your kitchen looks great. It must really streamline cooking with everything so organized. I keep threatening to organize my kitchen but so far I haven't gotten it done. I started my spring cleaning but I started in the family room because it needed it the most and that's the room you come in. There's just a half wall and on the other side is the computer room so I figured I'd do that next and then it's on to the kitchen. I've been having my son move the furniture and I vaccuum and steam clean and then he puts it back. We've been doing 1 wall a day and now all I have is the center of the room. I figure I'll get to the kitchen by Monday or Tuesday and then I plan to spend a week in there. I can only carve out small chunks of time.

Finished with my cabinets. Threw away some old cleaning products, some old bakeware and cookie sheets.

I only have some base cabinets to clean but you would be surprised what I found. I'm exhausted! LOL It was worth it, I have a box for give away and another - I'm not ready to ditch yet. I threw lots of things out too!

Last project is my junk draw I will tack tomorrow.

Whoo-hoo!!! I'm so proud of all of the work everyone has done! Special to those of you who were willing/able to actually donate/toss some of the stuff you found in those cabinets!
