I save my shrimp shells and boil them for shrimp broth.. and have used this in potato soup.. for flavor b when out of bacon

Shrimps have shells? not in this area. I have to look at the grocery now. Oh well,I can only eat breaded anyway. Raw closes my throat. No,Idk why the diff.

I just had some shrimp tonight (wild-harvested) and threw the shells away. Maybe next time I'll try it.
