Pokemon Lovers-Help!
My daughter's birthday is Saturday, and she adores Pikachu. I want to make a cake, and since I am very uncrafty, I can only think to frost it yellow and put a few Pikachu characters on the cake.
I was hoping someone could help me be a bit more creative! Any ideas?

my kids loved when i would do that - they got a cute cake and some toys too ( the figures ) what about that red and white pokeball can you make a design of that on the cake.
i have actually printed out charactors and taped a toothpick to the back to stick it in a cake and they loved it
dont know i fmy kids had low expectations or others kids had high ones but they never complained that their cakes didnt look as fancy as a friends storebought cake.

What a cool website! I think it is a bit beyond me, but it was fun looking. I did get a few ideas, though.

~I think one of the "easiest" ways is to make a plain sheet cake and frost it white. Then use a pikachu stencil print out from the internet to make a template out of waxed paper. Use a prepared tube of black gel icing to trace the image onto the cake. Then use a a prepared yellow frosting squeeze can with a star tip to fill in the yellow areas. Then use the black gel again to fill in facial features.
This is cute:~

Thank you so much for this! I think I can do it, too. I am determined to make this for Saturday.
