Qick and Easy Birthday Party Ideas?

Gracie is going to be 4 next week. We've invited a few kids from her Pre-School to come over Sunday. I figured we could make little pizzas and play some games. We'll have cake and ice cream too, of course. I've been so crazy busy lately that I haven't has much time to plan. What quick and easygames and "prizes" would be appropriate for 3-4 year olds?

Pin the Tail on the Donkey (adapted to our theme)
Duck, Duck, Goose!

Gosh, I'm just brain dead! I'm going to do treat bags on the way out in lieu of prizes.

What about an activity to keep them busy while guests are still arriving? OH! I remember! We'll have a T-shirt for the kids to decorate and for dd to have as a keepsake! (Blake is 13 now, it's been a while)

I read on another site where the mom was having a 'backwards party". From what I understand Pin the Tail on the Donkey becomes Pin the Donkey on the Tail, in musical chairs everyone goes around the chairs while it is quiet and sits when the music starts. That sort of thing. Sounds like fun but not sure if it is good for a 4 yr. old. LOL
