Turkey Burgers - Great recipe!

I saw these on the Food Network (30 Minute Meals with Rachael Ray) a few weeks ago and finally made them for dinner the other night. They were great! I didn't use the cranberry/mayonaise as I didn't have any cranberry sauce in the cupboard. But they were
good with just mayonaise.

These taste just like Thanksgiving! They make a nice change
from regular beef burgers, even my dh loved them and he isn't
fond of turkey. And they were CHEAP! I bought a 1# package of
ground turkey at Aldi's for $.59! After you add all the stuff to them, I got 3 nice size burgers out of that, but you could stretch it to 4 if you have little eaters.

I love turkey dinner with all the fixings. Even though it is only dh
and myself, I will make a turkey dinner a couple of times a year.
Dh doesn't love it, so I make enough for about 10 people and
freeze the rest in TV dinner like containers. I could eat it every
day!
