chili, spagetti, burgers, tacos, lasagna, potato layer casserole... pretty much anything you would use ground beef for... just be sure to put a dash of oil (I prefer EVOO but whatever you have on hand will work) in the pan when browning... it doesn't have enough of its own fat to prevent burning and sticking.

Okay, ladies, thanks for the help. I just used it to make Turkey Stoganoff. (Not sure if I spelled that right, but you get the picture LOL).

Don't forget turkey burgers. They are wonderful. We never use ground beef anymore and most times, the ground turkey is cheaper.

Use your gr turkey just like hamburger. I pretty much use only gr turkey now, seldom buy hamburger. It's cheaper!!! And better for you! Enjoy!

I make meatballs that I simmer in Beef broth (or you could use chicken) and veges (like zucchini, onion, etc.). My Mom called this "Garden Meatballs" and the meatballs stay moist.

I have made "sausage" with it. I just add sage, salt and pepper to it and made patties. Nobody knew the difference!

My family didn't even know it was turkey. Just use it like ground beef. Much healthier and cheaper and I really hate the smell of ground beef frying so it works great for me.

When I first started using ground turkey, my youngest ds really like it. It didn't have the "bones" or hard bits in it like ground beef.
Everytime I fixed something with ground meat in it, he would ask if it was the good kind of meat.

We only us ground turkey or ground chicken. I make meatloaf, taco's hamburger helper type meals, anything with it. Our favorite is homemade sloppy joe sauce with the ground chicken. My 6 year old won't even eat ground beef.
