chicken ,biscuits and greens and rice
well I've been up since 4 am and first i boiled 5 lbs. of chicken breasts -to be dehydrated- and when they were done i saved the water that they boiled in and then put some chicken bullion in- then rice and a large can of seasoned mixed greens to be slow cooked and then i made 2 pans of my cheesy spiced biscuits one to eat and one to vacuum pack for storage--i think I'll be making a meatloaf today too --got to keep busy--don't want the grim reefer to catch up with me -lol--hugs to all fv and their familys

One of my goals is to learn to dehydrate foods this year. With the chicken breasts, did u slice them thin or cut into chuncks??

how do you store the chicken..
i need to get really good at this as because if every thing goes the way it is suppose to or at least the way i want....after school year 2012...I plan on reducing my hours drastically it will depend on how much we can save and if one of our properties sell....so I need to get as much stockpiled at this time so i can make it happen...no i mean God can make it happen if it is in his plan...and Marla, you sure are a busy busy person... i wish i had half your energy......
