NOT-BAKED BEANS
The most delicious (and easy) "baked" beans you've ever
tasted

1 large can pork n beans
1 lb. bacon
1 medium onion
1 box dark brown sugar

Fry bacon until done (but not too crisp), remove from pan.
Chop onion and saute in bacon drippings until tender. While
sauteeing, drain pork n beans thoroughly and discard pork
pieces (this is important). Add beans to onion and
drippings and stir in entire box of brown sugar. Bring to a
boil, stirring constantly, then reduce heat and simmer for
15 minutes. That's it! Enjoy. You might want to take
copies of this recipe with you. People will be bugging you
for it. =)

NOTE: You can use more bacon, but you will want to discard
some of the drippings before sauteeing onions.

PICNIC TIP:
For a tasty twist, crunch up potato chips in your baked
beans. It's great!
