    Default THE EASIEST COOKIE RECIPE

This is the easiest cookie recipe...you only need 3 ingredients with an optional 4th ingredient.

THE BIG 3 PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 c chunky peanut butter (or creamy)
    1 large egg
    1 c sugar
    1 t vanilla (opt)
Mix ingredients together. Roll into balls and place onto cookie sheet about 2" apart.
Cookies will spread on pan. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Makes
    about 1 dozen cookies.

In about 30 minutes you have warm peanut butter cookies!!!!

I've got almost the same recipe and it works. They are scrumptious.

This was the first cookie recipe I ever made as a kid (no vanilla, though.) I baked them completely on my own when I was in third grade. They are very rich and sweet; for that reason, I make mine very small. They are good!

I wonder if I could make them with Splenda. Does anyone know?

This is the recipe I use all the time. I think the dough is usually sticky so I always chill it first.

Lori - I use Splenda in place of sugar in all my recipes.

My sons used to make these - very tasty!

These sound really good. What is the consistency like (when baked)?

Believe it or not.....they are just like a cookie with flour...I don't know how it does it....I will say that they are a little less firm/solid than a flour-peanut butter cookie.
