Default HELP! looking for a recipe

We have a local Chinese restaurant that I love. They make a very yummy dish, but I don't know the name of it. From what I remember, it includes...

    Cabbage
    thin sliced meat (beef?)
    carrots
and I think it has broccoli.
    Its served over steamed rice.

Does anyone know what this is or have a recipe for it?

    Thanks so much!

I pulled this one off my fav. recipe website (www.tasteofhome.com). You could reduce the amount of broccoli to accommodate the cabbage and carrots -- maybe 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 c carrots, 3/4 c chopped cabbage (will shrink down) and cook all veggies at the same time.....it's worth a try...I'm sure you could try with chicken too and would be just as yummy....Good luck

    Broccoli Beef

2 cups broccoli, cut into 1 in pieces
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 cup thinly sliced beef
    vegetable oil

Mix sugar, cornstarch, water, and soy sauce. Heat oil in pan over med-high heat. Add broccoli, stir-fry in pan 3-4 minutes. Remove broccoli, adding more oil to pan if needed, making sure to heat oil. Add beef, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add sauce to meat in pan and allow to boil for 15-20 seconds. Add broccoli and mix. Pour onto a bed of rice and serve.
Notes from cook: I add a bit more cornstarch, I find that I like the sauce a bit thicker than this recipe calls for.
