I use a can of black beans, a can of red kidney beans and a can of white canneilla beans. Emtpy all into strainer and rinse. Then into a bowl along with chopped red or white onion depending on what I've got. Chopped up green, red or yellow pepper. Some chopped up fresh ciliano (sp). Chopped up tomato seeds and skin included. Season with Italian Salad Dressing, I use Good Seasons made up at home. Chill and taste. Sometimes I'll add a shot or 2 of hot sauce depends on the group.

http://www.recipezaar.com/97434 This one is nice too but again I'd cut the oil & use splenda.

Hrm its prob too late for this but what I do is buy the 'bean medley' mix in a can (or I use two cans) use extra virgin olive oil, pinch garlic salt and then balsamic vinegar w/dash of lemon juice. Garnish with freshly chopped parsely/cilantro. Odd time I'll super finely dice garlic and red onion and toss it around. Beans shouldnt be swimming in dressing just lightly coated. Hope that helps.
