    That does look good - I think I'd reduce the amount of salt, as getting 1/2 the daily allowance in one serving of soup is a bit scary!!

    My DS loves this soup!!
    Every time we go to Olive Garden for soup and salad, he orders this...can't wait till I make this just to see his face!!!
