    Question Bread Pudding

Does anyone have the Ryan's steak house bread pudding recipe or another great CUSTARD like bread pudding recipe.

I keep ending up with pretty tops and gray soggy middles.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Ryan's recipe both taste and texture.

    Thanks!

Have you tried to google the recipe? I just did and found a couple that mentioned Ryan's recipes but wasn't certain it was what you were talking about. Slightly maple flavored?
You might want to check out Paula Deen's bread pudding recipes. Definitely not healthy but really good.
PS: Glad you mentioned this. I have some bread I need to make into a bread pudding. Thanks!

I did google it but I wasn't sure if it was what I was looking for. I will just have to give them a shot and find out for myself.

    Thanks

Good luck and I hope you find the taste you're looking for. I'm not familiar with Ryan's Steakhouse, but have you thought of calling and asking the manager for the recipe? Sometimes that works, other times not. But it might be worth a shot.
