    OR reach behind the washer when the water is filling and touch the incoming water hoses. If both are hot, you have a serious problem, if one is hot and the other is cold, you might have a bad valve actuator in the washer. Turn the hot water off at the wall.

    Hopefully you can figure out what is going on with the hot water. If it is something that needs to be fixed time to call management. Hopefully it is something simple and you can just turn the hot water valve off.
