    Default FB Page for frugal meals

    I started a new facebook page for my "recession cooking" project. I'm aiming for healthy meals that come in under $1 per serving. I'll be including a picture, recipe, nutrition information, and cost (using Aldis current prices) in each post.

    Just thought some of you would be interested I started posting in the recipe section here but no one seems to use it, so I thought fb would be easier for me.

    Most of my friends and "likes" are not, but the occasional meatless meal sure can help the grocery budget.
